Great customer service! I've done about 10 inspections in the last year and Parker's report is the most detailed and best report yet. He even included general pool inspection as well (Other inspectors opted out of this) Coming from a active real estate investor, I will be using Parker for all my inspections going forward. Parker is very quick to respond to emails, very friendly and professional. We had a snafu with our builder not showing up for the first scheduled inspection, and he was extremely understanding and flexible and was able to reschedule timely. After completing the thorough inspection of our house, he went through each page of the preliminary report to explain his findings and answer questions. He completed the report and returned it back to us the same day. We had one minor correction that was needed, which was fixed very quickly. Overall, 5 star service from beginning to end, and I can't recommend him enough.
