Parker is very quick to respond to emails, very friendly and professional. We had a snafu with our builder not showing up for the first scheduled inspection, and he was extremely understanding and flexible and was able to reschedule timely. After completing the thorough inspection of our house, he went through each page of the preliminary report to explain his findings and answer questions. He completed the report and returned it back to us the same day. We had one minor correction that was needed, which was fixed very quickly. Overall, 5 star service from beginning to end, and I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Parker!!
